Strength & Conditioning 2021
We are providing Strength & Conditioning sessions for SYtri members in November.
One session a week to be delivered at Rowton Castle Country Club, supplemented with a second session available online which can be done at home. See session attached below.
It is very important to keep the correct form throughout these exercises – if you can, perform them in front of a mirror so you can check your position from time to time.
An addition for you try at home now that the sessions have ended for now.
Lockdown #2 2020
As we enter a second national lockdown, it is important now more than ever to keep active; exercise can help protect our mental and physical well being. With this in mind we’ve been asked to provide a generic running programme for SYtri members.
We have devised a month long running programme which may motivate you to get outside and improve your 5km running pace. See PDF attached below, along with a guide to some common running mistakes and a home S&C workout to support your running.
